RETURNS: Computer Systems are pre-configured for proper operation and Dork's Computers does not take any responsibility for any incompatibilities in hardware / software / purpose for which it was purchased. All returns for refund within 7 days of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Defective Merchandise maybe returned only after calling Dork's Computers @ 904-220-2850 for RMA # and must accompany a Photo copy of the original receipt, and explanation as to defect. Returns after 7 Days are not allowed except for replacement only and up to the discretion of Dork's Computers. All Returns must be returned with all documentation, drivers, cables, and in original packaging.

Tim Koivu is da man. He has forgotten more about computers and networks than most folks ever learn.

Mike

Mike is Tims' right hand man. If he can't fix it it ain't broke it's dead. Mike is experienced in assembly, formatting and troubleshooting of computers to include software and hardware. He is a motivated self-starter with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently and effectively while paying close attention to detail. He is able to work independently with a minimum of supervision while yielding maximum productivity. Outstanding problem solving capabilities.

Saturday Dude

Saturday dude is there on Saturdays to teach computers to novices and experts alike.
